Register Your Account
First, you need to register or log in if you are an existing user.
We will ask you a few questions, such as your social insurance number, address, and contact. All of the information is confidential and secure.
Tell Us Your Health Problem
Then, describe to us your health problem, as detailed as possible, and if necessary, include some pictures, this will help the doctor to speed on how to best help you, and make your visit smooth as possible. As well, choose the most convenient method of communication between video call, chat, or phone call.
Consult With Doctor
The doctor will contact you at a determined time by your selected method of communication. Chat with a doctor the same as you were in the doctor’s office.
Get diagnosed, prescribed medicine or a sick note
After consulting, the doctor will prescribe you any prescription or sick notes. Prescriptions are automatically available, all you need to do is pick it up at a local pharmacy.

Can I use a virtual clinic if I don´t have insurance?
